BHK99 Real Estate & Constructions started in 2012 in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh, with a team of just 5 passionate engineers and architects who believed construction didn't have to be stressful, opaque, or unfair for home builders.
Our founders — themselves from Seoni & Chhindwara — had personally experienced the pain of dealing with unreliable contractors who delayed projects, inflated budgets, and compromised on material quality. They vowed to build a company that stands for exactly the opposite.
Today, BHK99 operates from 3 offices across Seoni, Chhindwara, and Nagpur MIHAN. Our 50+ member team of in-house architects, civil engineers, project managers, and quality auditors handles every aspect of construction from design to delivery.
