Hariom Raghuwanshi is a first-generation civil engineer turned entrepreneur from Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. Armed with a Diploma and B.Tech in Civil Engineering, he didn't just build structures — he built BHK99 Real Estate & Constructions, Central India's most trusted construction brand.
His mission was simple but powerful: give families a construction experience built on honesty, quality, and accountability. Since 2021, that mission has delivered 50+ projects across Seoni, Chhindwara, and Nagpur MIHAN — each one a family's dream turned into reality.

My journey began in Chhindwara — a city that shaped everything I believe in: hard work, honesty, and staying true to your word. I earned my Diploma and B.Tech in Civil Engineering, but the most important lessons came from watching families struggle with contractors who delayed projects, inflated bills, and disappeared when problems arose.
That frustration became my fuel. In 2021, I founded BHK99 — a company built from the ground up on a single, unbreakable promise: every client deserves a construction experience they can be proud of.
