Architect / Design Engineer
Role: Design residential and commercial floor plans, create 2D/3D drawings, prepare Vastu-compliant layouts, and coordinate with the civil team for execution. Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- ✓ B.Arch or B.Tech Civil with design specialization
- ✓ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max / Lumion
- ✓ Knowledge of NBC, IS Codes, and Vastu principles
- ✓ Portfolio of residential/commercial projects
- ✓ Good communication in Hindi & English
Civil Site Engineer
Role: Supervise daily construction activities on-site, manage labor, ensure quality standards, coordinate material procurement, and submit daily progress reports to the project manager.
- ✓ B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- ✓ Knowledge of RCC, brick masonry, finishing works
- ✓ Ability to read structural drawings
- ✓ Leadership & problem-solving ability
- ✓ Two-wheeler required (local travel to sites)
Project Manager
Role: End-to-end management of 3-5 concurrent construction projects. Coordinate between architects, site engineers, client, and vendors. Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
- ✓ B.Tech Civil / MBA Construction Management
- ✓ 5+ years managing residential / commercial projects
- ✓ Strong financial acumen (budget management)
- ✓ Client-facing communication skills
- ✓ MS Project / similar PM tools proficiency
Sales & Business Development Executive
Role: Generate leads through digital & field activities, follow up with prospective clients, schedule site visits, present construction packages, and convert leads into signed projects.
- ✓ Graduate in any field (Engineering background preferred)
- ✓ Proven track record in field sales / real estate sales
- ✓ Excellent communication skills in Hindi
- ✓ Target-oriented with high energy
- ✓ Own vehicle + smartphone required
Interior Designer
Role: Create detailed interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. Develop 3D visualizations, select materials, coordinate with site team for execution of interiors (modular kitchen, false ceiling, flooring, etc.).
- ✓ B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design
- ✓ Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Photoshop
- ✓ Strong material knowledge (tiles, paints, furniture, fittings)
- ✓ Portfolio of completed interior projects
Site Supervisor / Construction Foreman
Role: Supervise daily labor and construction activities, ensure material quality, maintain safety standards on site, and coordinate with engineers. Previous experience in residential/commercial construction essential.
- ✓ ITI / Diploma (Civil) or equivalent practical experience
- ✓ 3+ years on active construction sites
- ✓ Ability to manage 20-50 workers
- ✓ Knowledge of masonry, plastering, RCC work
